When I initially booked my interview, the website stated my interview would be between 9am-9:15 am. While waiting to be interviewed I was told Sutherland was running late and would take their first interview around 9:30. To my disappointment, it was first to come first serve, unlike what the website had stated. So this meant I had several other people ahead of me, instead of my 9-9:15 like I was lead to believe. I had another appointment at 10 am so I ended up leaving. What is even worse is upon entering I was greeted by an extremely rude old lady at the front counter. I ask another young lady was she usually rude and I was told she wasn't rude but straight forward. When dealing with the public, ESPECIALLY in the work place, her behavior would be considered RUDE. If I ran a business I would NOT want this old lady setting the tone to my brand for arriving guest. There was African-American young lady who was very polite, helpful, professional and informative, the total opposite of the old woman at the front desk. Maybe she can give the old woman at the front desk some lessons to improve her social skills. A very bad experience.
