When I initially booked my interview, the website stated my interview would be between 9am-9:15 am. While waiting to be interviewed I was told Sutherland was running late and would take their first interview around 9:30. To my disappointment, it was first to come first serve, unlike what the website had stated. So this meant I had several other people ahead of me, instead of my 9-9:15 like I was lead to believe. I had another appointment at 10 am so I ended up leaving. What is even worse is upon entering I was greeted by an extremely rude old lady at the front counter. I ask another young lady was she usually rude and I was told she wasn't rude but straight forward. When dealing with the public, ESPECIALLY in the work place, her behavior would be considered RUDE. If I ran a business I would NOT want this old lady setting the tone to my brand for arriving guest. There was African-American young lady who was very polite, helpful, professional and informative, the total opposite of the old woman at the front desk. Maybe she can give the old woman at the front desk some lessons to improve her social skills. A very bad experience.

I liked how the representatives show us some videos of how to get ready with the interview. I eased up my nervous system. It helped concentrate harder on answering on those tough questions that I knew were going to pop up. I liked the part of the video where they showed the do's and the not do's. They were very obvious do's and not do's but were very informative that they actually taught me something.

Its okay. The ability to at least get my foot in the door with the actual job I need is worth every bit of my time. I wish there were more.

I met many spcialist at office of "one stop career" but Mr Byron Goynes with whom I had inteview was differentated from lthers, he greet me with with wild smile, answered all my questions without saying like thats all I know and we should hurry as there are other candidates waiting. It is visable that he likes his job, I respect.

I went to the fair today Nov 19. My friend told me about it because she got an email to schedule the interview. I had her forward it to me so I could sign up for it and we could both get a job together. I ended up getting the job but she didn't. Yay for me! I wish she had been offered the job too. She said the person who did her 2nd interview didn't really have much to say but that someone would contact her. I helped open a new call center in Vegas last year and I'm super excited to help open Sutherland Global this year!

My experience today was outstanding. I forgot my typing test, and was able to go next door to ONE-STOP CAREER CENTER and take my test at no cost. My interview was extremely nice. Im glad I went. Thank you, and look forward to hearing from you soon.

The pre-employment interview conducted by Mr. Leroy Bilal was very informative from a job seekers perspective. I hadn't had a formal interview for employment in many, many years and this was an excellent experience. Mr. Bilal was patient and answered all my questions to the best of his ability.

Very organized and professional operation. I would recommend One Stop Career Center to those navigating their way to finding a vocation/employment. The facilitator had my info on hand and was very courteous and helpful with his recommendations regarding my resume.

The interview would be much better served if individual groups (employers) with applicants were selected first - as opposed to continual room shuffling throughout the process.

This was a great inspirational experience after being fired for filing a workers compensation claim I thought there was no hope onestop career center gave me hope again thankful.

One-Stop Career Center is the place to go to. People there are great, friendly, helpful and open. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs assistance to find their career.

With my first visit to one-stop-career-center as I walked through the door I was greeted with bright smiles and a nice hand shake. They was professional. They help find you a job, they have their own computer lab and much more! I was very pleased.
